Easter schedule for trains, Athens transport

For those planning to spend Greek Easter in Athens and not drive in downtown streets where odd-even restrictions have been temporarily lifted, there will be changes to public transport schedules during Holy Week until the Tuesday after Pascha, according to STASY and OSY.

However, be aware of disruptions announced at “Strikes in Greece” and @livingingreece that may alter schedules, sometimes at the last minute.

All information below was translated from Naftemporiki and Athens Transport’s “Πώς θα κινηθούν τα Μέσα Μεταφοράς τις ημέρες του Πάσχα.” Athens Transport is highly recommended if you read Greek. Follow live updates on Twitter: @athenstransport

Travel safe, everyone!

*Article last edited on April 6, 2015. However, the OASA Press Release was unloadable on 10 occasions, so tram, metro and ISAP schedules could not be updated. Times shows for these modes reflect past years.
